ABOUT US
We are a family owned business and our workers have over 30 years of experience. As our business has grown over the past years, and is still growing, we continuously expand our services and scope of projects while still maintaining the quality of work and work ethics that are rare to our industry.
Our services provide various types of work such as roofing, local law 11, waterproofing, pointing, power washing, masonry work, interior and exterior restoration/renovations, to just name a few.
All of our projects, both Prime and subcontracts, have been very successful as we are known to strive to cater to our customer’s desires while being mindful of budget constraints and local laws. We can do any job, whether it is a small repair job or something as big as a new construction of a high rise apartment building.

Unless your end goal is to liquidate the business and shut it down, you’ll likely need to build your company’s transferable value. One way to define transferable value is that it is what a business is worth to a qualified buyer without the owner present. Essentially, a business that relies on its owner for success is worth less to a buyer than a business that can run smoothly without its owner. For some businesses, over-reliance on the owner can make the business not only worth less but also worthless to buyers, despite all other indicators of success. This might seem at odds with the tenets of entrepreneurship, ownership, and job security in general. Many of us are taught to take on as many responsibilities as we can to make it harder for a company to do without us. [...]

Who Is Affected by Local Law 196? If a worksite requires a Site Safety Plan, then its construction and demolition workers must meet Local Law 196 training requirements. You will need to earn an SST card if your jobsite has a designated Construction Superintendent, Site Safety Coordinator or Site Safety Manager. While the majority of workers will need an SST card, flag persons, general contractors and other positions do not need Site Safety Training.
